Service

By using our Services, you agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with the social media platforms’ rules and any legislation that you are subject to. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your social media account is banned for any reason. Since we offer Organic Growth Services, the expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way. We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability of the Services. It is your responsibility to ensure your accounts and posts are set to “public” during your use of our Services. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to “private” will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time. Upon purchasing our Services, you agree that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the whole or any part of our Services or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability. It is your responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed. If you continue to use our Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.

The “Network Retweets” service is a visibility service that guarantees you, based on the package chosen from those available at the link https://www.maleagency.net/network-retweet-packs/, a certain number of retweets of your posts on the our network consisting of the Twitter pages @thexxlmen – @bigcockguys – @kingsizedicks.

The service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The service is activated within 24 hours of paying for the order and once all the links of your tweets to be retweeted on our network have been sent.
  If your package includes 10 daily Retweets on each page, you’ll need to post a minimum of 10 links to your tweets. If the package includes 20 daily Retweets you will need to send a minimum of 20 links to your tweets.
• If the sending of the links of your tweets is not completed, we will not be able to proceed with the execution of the order until they have been sent.
  Retweets are done manually by your account manager at times we feel are best suited to the success of your promotional campaign.
• You can change the links of your tweets that you initially indicated to us at any time via your user panel. The changes will be valid from 24 hours after sending.
• Each Retweet is valid for 24 hours.
• The next day your account manager, if no new links are indicated, will retweet all the links of your tweets present in your order again on our network.
• Your account manager will update you daily on the progress of the order (via Direct Message on Twitter or via whatsapp based on the contact method you indicated).
• The “Network Retweet” packages do not require recurring payments. You will therefore not be charged any extra costs upon completion of the order.
• The “Network Retweet” packages participate in the “Reward Program” and you are therefore entitled to a cash back of 3% of the amount spent for each order according to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program.

• If the sending of the contents is not completed, we will not be able to proceed with the execution of the order until they have been sent.
  Shout-outs on our network are for life and will not be deleted until you delete that content from your page or ask us to remove it.
• You can edit the content sent at any time through the dedicated page accessible from your user dashboard.

“TWITTER MANAGEMENT” SERVICE

The Twitter Management service, given its complexity, is activated through a private contract with the applicant. All terms and conditions of the service will then be indicated in the private contract between Maleagency.net and the applicant according to the agreed job options.

 

WELCOME BONUS – 5% DISCOUNT ON YOUR FIRST ORDER

Maleagency.net offers a 5% promotional discount that can only be activated on the first order placed on our online shop and can be used only once for each user using the code “WELCOME5” to be entered in the appropriate field during check-out.

The promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions which are accepted by the customer with its use.

• The discount code can only be used once per user.
• The discount code is valid only on the first order placed on the Maleagency.net online shop.
• To be entitled to the discount it is necessary to enter the code “WELCOME5” in the appropriate field when completing the order and before making the payment.
• The discount cannot be obtained once the order has been paid without entering the code.
• The discount code is not active on orders following the first one.
• In case the user creates multiple accounts to try to be entitled to the discount code on multiple orders, Maleagency.net will have the full right not to proceed with the execution of the order until the balance of the remaining part of the amount foreseen by the chosen package has been paid.
• In the case of non-payment of the remaining part by the customer and the attempt to scam through the creation of multiple accounts in order to exploit the Welcome Bonus fraudulently several times, the user will be banned from the maleagency.net site, the account and a refund of 40% of the package price paid without proceeding with the execution of the order. Given the attempted scam, the customer will not be entitled to a full refund of the package (but only 40% of the value paid) and will lose the right to execute the order.
• The 5% Welcome Bonus is active on the following packages: Network Retweet – Power Retweet – Viral Shout-out – Monthly Power Packs.
• The Twitter Management service is not included in the promotion.
• Duration of the promotion: the duration of the promotion is at the sole decision of Maleagency.net. Maleagency.net has the right to interrupt or modify this promotion at any time by communicating any changes on its site, modifying or making the indicated discount code inactive. Any new discount codes and promotions will be regulated on this Terms and Conditions page.

 

REWARD PROGRAM

Maleagency.net has set up a loyalty program for its users. The loyalty program called “Reward Program” allows the user to obtain a cashback of the value of 3% on each order placed.

The “REWARD PROGRAM” loyalty program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• For each purchase made on the Maleagency.net online shop, an amount equal to 3% of the total amount spent will be credited to your Reward Wallet.
• The cashback credit will be added to your wallet in the Reward Program section accessible from your user dashboard.
• The accumulated cashback value will be updated automatically with each purchase.
• You will be able to view the amount of credit accumulated at any time from the Reward Program section in your user dashboard.
• The accumulated credit does not expire and will have unlimited value.
  Cashback credit is expressed in USD currency.
• Once you have reached a value equal to one of the packages available on the Maleagency.net online shop, you can use the credits in your Wallet to purchase the package.
• To purchase one of the packages using the credits accumulated in the Reward Wallet you will need to select the package of your interest and during the cash-out select the “Reward Wallet Payment” item which will appear among the available payment options.
• The value of the credits used to purchase the package will be deducted from your wallet.
• Reward Wallet credits can only be used when the value of one of the packages on sale on the Maleagency.net online shop has been reached.
• It is not possible to obtain partial discounts on the packages for sale using the credits available in the Reward Wallet.
• You will not receive any cashback on packages purchased using the credits in the Reward Wallet.
• The cashback credits in the Reward Waller can never be withdrawn by users. Cashback credits can only be used for the purchase of packages on the Maleagency.net online shop.
• Maleagency.net may change the Cashback value percentage credited at any time by notifying its users in this section of the terms and conditions and on its website.
• Maleagency.net may also provide cashback percentages dedicated to some users or of greater value in some periods as a promotional activity.
• Any changes to the percentage value of cashback credited to each purchase will not result in any change to the previously accumulated credits.
• Cashback credits will only be considered valid once a purchase has been completed on the Maleagency.net website.
• The Reward Program is active on the “Network Retweet”, “Power Retweet” , “Viral Shout-out” and “Monthly Power” packages.
• No Reward Program is foreseen for the Twitter Management service.
• In the event of fraudulent activity by the user on the Maleagency.net site which leads to the closure of his account, the credits present in the Reward Wallet will be canceled without the customer being able to request any reinstatement or subsequent use.
